Telkom? Nah, it's Hellkom. Welcome to South ****hole. y'all!

Unacceptable behavior! Telkom has given us exactly ZERO communications effort in regards to downed lines. On the 3rd of January 2022 a whole network area has been left in the internet dark ages and after NUMEROUS calls all we would from "Telkom" (a.k.a as HELLKOM!) was that "Oh, you're line is not synchronizing" It took the residents themselves to INVESTIGATE this fault on their own, only to realize that lines were tampered with. After reporting this on the the 3rd of January to Hellkom, we have been met with a standardized message that reads as follow "We have your fault in hand and are working to resolve it as soon as possible" yet Hellkom DOES NOT BOTHER to communicate with their customers on where they are busy and even IF they are busy working on the lines. Hellkom expects their customers to pay EXORBITANT fees for slow, ****ty internet on the ADSL network, since they CANNOT seem to be bothered installing Fibre lines in this area.

Telkom, from now on DO BETTER or be forever known as Hellkom.
