Telkom N1 City *****s money from customers - Litterally!!!

We went to Telekom N1 City today and purchased a LTE wifi router. Firstly the SIM card that is advertised as part of the special is out of stock. We decide to purchase the router anyway. We purchased the router and data at the cost of R349 (40gig in total) data was to be loaded on our existing Telekom mobile sim. We tried using the router and the signal and performance remained poor. Next thing all the data on the sim is used. We then return to Telkom to return the router as it was not working and we thought to buy the more expensive one, return was done within hours of initial purchase. The router is not refundable, according to the staff in the store. The data was also never loaded on the sim. This is pathetic. How can faulty equipment be non refundable or exchangeable. Secondly why rob us of money and not load the data or even attempt to rectify the situation. I want a full refund immediately!!! This is pathetic from a trusted brand such as Telkom
