Telkom N1 City and Call Centre Terrible Service

<p>Since I have opened an account at Telkom N1 City branch I have had nothing but bad service. The staff could not even explain to me how to change the password on the product or when my account will be debited. They advised me to call the call centre on 081180 which I have done on numerous occasions only to be put on hold for more than 30 minutes. When I finally speak to an agent they are even more unhelpful than the branch staff. The agents do not listen to your requests and basically try to get you off the phone as quick as possible. I've had terrible service before but nothing beats the terrible service Telkom provides. My only alternative will be to cancel the contract with Telkom. </p>
