Telkom n1 city

I have purchased a Huawei p60 pro a year ago from Telkom n1 city, with the phone I was suppose to be getting a watch (gt3) which was a bundle deal, a week later I got another p60 pro for my wife and her bundle deal was earphones which we have received a week later, to this day I still haven't received the watch and I have been in store a good couple of times since last year to find out what is happening with the watch, every time I'm there the manager isn't there and they take my details down so the manager can contact me, which also does not happen, I was told by another Telkom store I can contact Huawei themselves to claim the watch, I have done that and Huawei says that the Telkom store where the phone was purchased did not submit the application for the watch and I have to go in to Telkom to get the application submitted, but a year later I am still struggling to get the watch out of them or to submit the application, I was there a week ago on the 28th July (Sunday) to hopefully get them to help me, my details was taken down again and I was told the manager will contact me the monday, I am still waiting for that call from the manager a week later, they always tell me I will be contacted and nobody ever contacts me, it's been going on for about a year now with still no response or help from them
