<p>*** - I have now been waiting 2 weeks for my ADSL line to get sorted. I have dealt with far too many helpdesks (quite the oxy *****) and Op managers ( Criag Chetty) who promise to return calls and log faults. These do not happen. A technician was assigned to my fault, never arrived and the fault was then assesssed as being repaired. How difficult can it be ?? Everyone hides behind telephone lines and you can never speak to the same operator!! I know i will receive a quick reply from someone asking me for my contact details so you can solve the problem - I look forward to more time wasting.</p>
