Telkom my query still stands

Telkom debited twice in the same month last year November 2023.I called Telkom early this year 2024 to enquire about this double debit order,they said i should email my bank statement to them reflecting the double debit.I emailed my bank statement and no one has got back to me to date,their contact details hardly work."REF#_***."
