Telkom my nightmare hell

Worst customer service ever. I had telkom/openserve fiber installation at my previous address. Eventually I had to move to another residence in the same town. First to the line relocated was endless phone calls and emails to different departments. Not once did I get the same procedure to follow. I paid every month, then I moved, now I was still getting billed for the old address although I moved. Then I got fed up because they did not install my new line. Its now been almost 4 months, now im getting billed for the new address and usage, but mo infrastructure was installed. Im tired and desperate... Nothing is getting resolved
