Telkom "My nightmare" Creates bad record for its clients, with their stupid and rackless servise. Personal details also not safe with this company.

Message: I have a contract with Telkom since May 2017, for a 15G Huawei Mifi router, and this has been nightmare in my life, Telkom lets people take cellphone contract in other peoples name without even doing proper checks on required documents, after finding out that this happened to me, I had to open up a case, which Telkom dragged their feet to resolve, every there was a change on the case, It was when I called them, this really took my time a lot. Well they came back to me and told me that the case was resolved, but the following month, the contract was still appearing on my invoice and they debited an amount of R1, 400 and something, which I reversed with my bank and called them on the same day to fix this situation and start sending me a clean invoice for the contract that I took, which was R149 only, but still they failed to do that, and I had to call them again to plead with them concerning this, and told them to debit R149 as they didn't debit it that month, and there was an amount of R500 that was also appearing for that month for my usage for the data which I didn't even request, I told them to debit only R149 only, they apologised and promised to deliver, still they didn't, and I had told them that if this is not resolved, they must just cancel this contract as I didn't sign up for this whole stress that they causing me, its been 3 month since I spoke to them, the cases are still not resolved, still pending, they still sending me invoices showing the amounts for that cellphone contract that was **********ly app**** in my name and they still not deducting my monthly contract fee of R149, this has really been very stressful to me and I don't want anything from Telkom besides them cancelling this contract as they had really failed me from the beginning. and am not going to pay a debt that they caused me with their stupid service. Telkom is a bad company, I hate it and will never recommend it to anyone. VERY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!
