Telkom my living nightmare

Im have a problem with Telkom.... if u happen to miss ur payment of the 15th of each month... if u go on d 16th to pay its double d amount..... I mean if d 15th is weekend y not wait for d next working day coz thats wen we get paid.... This contract is really inconveniencing me.
