Telkom, my life is over

Telkom messed up my account and cancellation in 2017. They blacklisted me in May, with false information. They blacklist me every month, even when I remove it. I have complained here on hello peter, they did nothing. They made empty promises. I have called them 309 times. I have gone to store 68 times since October 2017. The staff are not honest. The promise to clear my credit record within 24 hours was made on 21 August. Never use Telkom people, they will wreck your life, and then laugh at you. I expect a useless generic response, then no follow up, and no result. I want to take them to court immediately and want to get crowd funding to start this law suite for all the people whose lives they have destroyed. My options now are to commit crime or commit suicide, Telkom has ruined my life, and I never signed a contract.
