Telkom my biggest mistake/Purchase

Telkom is the worst service provider or what ever they call them selves. I’m so angry, I took a laptop on contract (biggest mistake of my life). I took the contract November 22 and it was so slow and totally not what was advertised.

When I took it back I was told they can’t take it back I have to book it my self for repairs with Lenovo,they came to take and still today I have never received it back they keep asking me for stupid documents and I’ve been sending. So I’ve been paying as from Nov22,Dec 22, Jan23 for a ****ty laptop that I never even used. And I need that laptop for work and school so now I’m struggling because I can’t do my schoolwork,assignments are due 😡😡😡.

If you were ever thinking of getting anything from TELKOM please don’t,I regret it …
