Telkom My app useless

I paid my telkom lte device on the my telkom app for last month May and June also July 2026 on the my telkom app. Since last month my service has not been restored. Paying for a service that I dont have the privilage of using. The amount was paid via credit card. But according to them the app is not realtime and payment can take up to 72 hours. And then the service on their side is very poor. I recorded the call. Very bad service
