Telkom / MWEB adsl

This is the ***est service provider ever. Being calling the past 2 weeks for a fault to be resolved and still no service. My reference number with so called Telkom is ***6. Almost 2 weeks and no Internet. This is *** service. Going to cancell my Telkom contract tomorrow, as there is no service. Going through MWEB which everytime tells me the fault is with telkom. Then MWEB, sort out the **** as I am paying Telkom and MWEB for nothing, no sercive, f-ol. Then they ask you on "watter kol het jy nog service gehad?" so, kol kol, maar eintlik *****.
