Telkom musy fall

Whats happeninh with Telkom ? Ive been calling for two weeks and no answer it keeps saying we have reached Telkom. The level of unprofessionalism sucks seriously. After my contract im terminating all my Telkom sim card they dont take us seriously as their customers.
