Telkom must stop doing as it pleases on my bank account

I have a contract with telkom og R359. 00 for 24 months, but they always always deduct more than our agreement. Yesterday they deducted R561, which is not what we agreed on.

I am so annoyed by this because even when I call or send them emails, they never explain.
