Telkom must shut down, as they do not know how to operate.

Telkom have deducting money from my account for 3 consecutive days and it doesnt make any sense. They also handed my account over to the debt collectors as they claim I am in arrears, for what and how? They claim I owe 2 penalty fees each of R202, how? They also deducted until my account was in overdraft.

Please becareful of Telkom and their services are very bad even the agents are rude and just hang up on you when you call to get the full story why they are doing such.
