Telkom must shut down

Telkom is the worst company in SA!!! I cancelled my contract within a week of receiving my router because the contract terms were useless. That was the 17 Nov and um still waiting for telkom to pick up the router and cancel my subscription and I phoned in now about 10 times now an the same response ..we will notify the courier company to pick it up. And on top of that in still being billed for December even though I cancelled within the 7 day period???? Any response telkom
