Telkom must just close shop

Telkom has no customer service at all. I went to Telkom Centurion mall. I can't make calls and my number is on voice mail. When I get there I explain. The lady tells me it's a technical problem and I must call telkom directly. I call telkom while in the store and they tell me I must do a sim swap. After hanging up I explain to the shop assistant and she tells me they don't do Sim swap unless the Sim card is lost. Now it's already been an hour and I still left the store with no help and she tells me I must go to menlyn. Pathetic service.
