Telkom must incur exhorbitant legal fees
<p>I emailed notice to cancel my telephone line on 4 January. Telkom sms'ed me to say how saddened they were about this ref: ********** 93. Despite requests for an amended account, Telkom continues tocharge me and has handed me over to 6 collection agencies!! I continue to forward copies of emails etc. but to no effect. Shameful and ridiculous!!</p>
