#TELKOM MUST ****ING FALL HARD

its been 4 months and i still have no phone! telkom is absolutely ****ing PATHETIC!!!! i posted here on the 5-1-16 about waiting 2 months and still no phone. they reply 5-1-16 saying the matter has been escalated to the problem branch and feedback will follow. 12-1-16 still no feedback i complain they say there seems to have been a gremlin in their system which resulted in my query being closed. A ****ING GREMLIN??? they carry on to lie about contact that has been made with problem branch to confirm availability of said device and they are waiting for feedback then will let me know. today is the 18th FEBRUARY and i am still ****ing waiting for feedback!!!! how the hell is this company even still a company with such *** service!! if this is how you treat a POTENTIAL customer id hate to know how you treat the ones that are contracted to you!!
