TELKOM MUST FALL

If a person is considering to use Telkom as a internet service provider i would seriously convince them not to as I am SO disappointed i chose them. Worst service one could possibly imagine!!! It does not matter how one contacts them, via call center or in person in a store, nobody is willing to help you out. I have my internet service cut for a second time due to THEIR OWN negligence. I have proof of all payments, yet my internet service gets cut without so much as a warning or query. Now i have to take my own time and waste it on proving to this terrible terrible service provider, running from the bank to the Telkom store in my lunchtime, calling out my own airtime, only to prove THEY are the ones in the wrong. Never get Telkom people, they are evil, lazy and ******* to the core.
