TELKOM MUST FALL. Bad Service continues.

TELKOM service remains one of the worst in the country, right next to MTN. It takes on average 30 minutes for the call Centre to take your call, and then when they do, the people are just clueless, and very unfriendly. To make matters worse, they stopped seining me invoices, so I didn't know how much to pay, so they suspend my account for non payment after 30 days. I've since over paid a random amount, simply to get the account activated again, but now it takes 72 hours to activate the account. TELKOM are not worth it. I can assure you there are many options now for fiber, that TELKOM should close their doors. TELKOM MUST FALL!!!!!!!!!
