Telkom must fall!!!!

Telkom worst service ever!!!! I’m at Telkom Cresta and I’ve never received service this bad!!! They should close their stores because they don’t work in the first place! I am busy dealing with Telkom for a month now to change our copper lines to the new way of tech with a WiFi phone that they advertise so well. Our business lines are not working and they keep on making excuses not taking anything seriously or going out of their way. Non of the employees are working, I’ve been sitting here for the 4th time and still no progress. I am currently at their store and I’ve been waiting for any response! Nothing, apparently they are busy cancelling the order which they’ve done wrong and now I need to wait for them yet again to fix a problem. ***********, our unemployment rate is so high I’m sure there are people out there that will do the job better!!!!
