TELKOM must fall

Extremely unsatisfactory service from TELKOM Had 2 accounts ON TELKOM 1 a Satellite Phone and 2 a data service, We had it canceled beginning of 2019...... With only to fond out that the no 2 service Was never canceled only suspended...... I am so furious... It has now accumulated 15 months service charges and they said we can't cancel now due to not having a reference no..... The 1 reference no is suffice as it is not the other service that was suspended. Some one stuffed up and we are stuck with a huge bill.
