TELKOM MUST FALL

I have called on the 8th of February requesting a relocation on my adsl line they have told me it will take 5-7 working days I have contacted them on Monday to find out what's going on they said everything is still set an I will receive an sms which did not come through as yet,today I call them they telling me my request was canceled an there is no reason for it being canceled I have received a sms or a call to inform me why is it canceled This is pathetic service from these idiots TELKOM MUST FALL it will make our lives easier if it's not over charging you it's they service that's so bad I wish I never get a contract from these ****ing idiots
