Telkom must fall

As a small business owner, I am currently experiencing my worst nightmare with Telkom as my service provider. I asked for a upgrade - 7 days ago - they promised service within 70 hours. - I will not recommend Telkom to anybody, as they do not keep their promises, do not call back and seams to be unable to provide service
