Telkom must fall

Telkom is thee worst ever they failed to deduct my installment via debit order, sent me a statement confirming payment received suspended my service I then submitted the necessary proof in store a case number was given few days past my case was closed no feedback new case number given stl no feedback.. One month in arrears they hand my account to vvm attorneys they messing up my itc profile with their incompetency , they make me sick!!! Been a customer for years I want answers telkom!!!
