Telkom must fall

I recently called the Telkom customer care line. I waited for 15min listerning to the voice prompts. I wantes to talk to a consultant. The prompts where taking me from this to that. Not giving me an option to talk to a consultant. Fianlly when i talk to the consultant about my issue I ask her to speak to a supervisor. Sipho the supervisor just told her that tell the client to send an email. He said to her that her is not willing to talk to complaining clients. What kind of a service is this. Another issue is that Telkom data is cheap but they **** you once you make a call. I called my wife who also uses telkom, 47 seconds and R10 was deducted.
