Telkom must fall

For months telkom has been debuting my account for services I don't owe this has been a nightmare & is now affecting my credit rating. I've been back & forth between stores & the customer services department but I'm assured it's resolved but come month end they deducting R5.978. HEEEEELLLLLPP!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!
