telkom must fall

Once again Telkom proves that you are infact the worst company in SA. The only reason your doors are still open is because you have the monopoly on landlines in this country. I have requested on 14/05/2019 for Telkom. I was notified by a sales agent that telkom will not charge a deposit and will not charge an installation fee . then i received a sms saying i must pay R700 to put a line ,this is getting out of hand. i had spent a hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue with the sales and billing apartment and no one as helped me thus far,i believe we should be charged what we are being told not **** to by telkom .Please do SA a favour and release landlines to companies who want to be successful and provide a service to the country.
