Telkom must fall

I would like to warn everybody who is thinking of taking out any sort of contract with TELKOM. I beg you not to, for your own good. I am having the most Horrible experience with them trying to get my money back that was wrongfully taken from me and money that is being wrongfully charged against me and this is not the first time. I call the call centre whole day and not one person can help me because of how rude and *********** their staff are on the phone. The Managers , I don't even want to get started on. They worse than the call centre agents. They can help you with absolutely nothing. I am so DISAPPOINTED IN TELKOM I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THEM AGAIN NEVERMIND RENEW MY CURRENT ONE WHICH IS DUE IN 2 MONTHS. it's probably going to take me 5 or 6 months to cancel my contract as well. They have the poorest service in the whole entire world. I'm so Done with TELKOM!
