Telkom must fall

Telkom is the worst cellphone network provider who refuses to cancel peoples contracts upon 24 months contract completion. I went to Matlosana Telkom in Klerksdorp and workers there said they cant cancel my contract as that is done only online. What kind of nonsense is that? i left them several messages for them to call me back so that i can cancel their contract because its of no use to me (lost the phone and did a sim swap but it does not work) and they're deducting a hefty amount of money. I want that contract cancelled with immediate effect!!!
