Telkom Must Do Right By Me

I called in yesterday on the 3rd of Oct 2023 and spoke to a lady by the name Mpho and she said they will escalate my matter so that my lines dont get suspend but to my suprise now they have been suspended and I called again spoke to as Xoli Mkhize that has been taking me from pillar to post.. Telkoms consultants are *********** and they always debit accounts and suspend services after Telkom is really Nonsense imagine having to wait for 7days for your connections to be restored but already they debited my account so clearly im paying for something that im not even using
