Telkom must close their doors!!!!!!!!!!

So I wanted to renew my land line. I called telkom on the 20 September. I sent me a reference number. They ensure me that they will send someone out to check my line. Today is the 24 November I called and they say it was cancelled. No notification was sent to me to say it was cancelled. And then they said they cannot activate my line cause of capable theft. Does it mean I stay in hanover Park you can say what I can and not. I need my line activated thats all I want telkom. And I am gonna take it higher. I am a customer and you gonna give me what I want. Whether its high theft of not. Or you will be closing your doors soon.
