Telkom! Must be the worst provider in the country!

The most appalling service in this country, Helkom is way too kind. I cancelled my pathetic service in Feb 2018. Only to receive an invoice in March and then another in April. I cancelled again in May and guess what again I received invoices in June and July. I again contacted Helkom and was told that the error would be resolved and that I would receive a refund dated back to the Feb cancellation. Well guess again! This month 6months after I was told I would get a refund. I received an invoice for R828.00 which includes an R82.00 notification fee. This is sickening and a most disgraceful service, if you can call this a service.
