TELKOM MUST BE TAKEN TO COURT!!!!!

I have made over 30 phone calls to telkom. I moved residences in JULY 2018. Completed the moving application online weeks in advance. A technician was supposed to be dispatched tomy new residence to install the fixed line on the 1st August and nobody came. The Technician ONLY came on the 17th AUGUST. THE LINE IS STILL NOT WORKING AND TODAY IS THE 19th of SEPTEMBER. I have logged disputes and cases and requested a technician over 5 times and reference after reference the bill is a R3500.00 and telkom is expecting me to pay for all 3 months of not using the wifi???? For what??!!! I am beyond ****ed off. NOBODY HELPS IN THESE CALL CENTERS!!!!

WHAT ARE WE LEFT WITH TO DO NOW!!!!!!!!!???????????
