Telkom must be run by the ANC because they are ******

So I've been having frequent billing issues with these *******.

Whenever I call, I have to wait over 45 minutes for one of the *********** consultants to just ask me for my I.d number and address-No assistance is given.

I have been billed a "once off" event billing charge for the past 3 months on one of my mobile contracts.

So this is what I am going to do, since nobody will have this resolved, I am going to reverse the debit order with my bank and block all debit orders from Telkom until they are willing to uphold their side of the deal.
