Telkom multiple credit enquiries in one day

Telkom has made multiple credit enquiries on my profile, up to 6, all dated on the 26 of February 2021. My credit rating has plummeted because of this. I app**** for a fibre line 4 months ago and did not receive any further feedback nor did I proceed with any agreement. I demand to have this situation rectified with the credit bureaus. After I have worked hard to increase my credit score Telkom has managed to destroy it in 1 day.
