Telkom Cellular insurance it's a ****. when we took the insurance at point of sale nothing was disclosed about excess fee of R5000 until at claim stage also it is not an inhouse Telkom policy which we are not informed but ran by a third-party company if I knew all of this could have made an informed discission instead of paying for an insurance that is more than my car insurance Excess this is really unfair to us customers we are victim of ****s and insurances who we pay to protect us instead of being ******........
