Telkom move from MTN to Vodacom

I have just signed a contract with Telkom after testing their Telkom/MTN reception in my house which was faultless. A week later they change their agreement to Telkom/Vodacom, both of whom I have no reception in my house. The message on their call centre says apologies if you no longer have reception. Well what about my new co tract that ties me in for 24 Minths and is useless to me at home. I find this lack of caring unacceptable.
