Telkom Mountain mill mall poorest service ever!!!!!

Not only is Telkom the worst network, but Telkom Mountain mill mall the staff has no customer service skills what so ever. I have a contract with them with insurance my phone fell and screen broke. I do not live near the mall so I send my daughter with the phone to give it in for repairs. They told her I must come myself. When I got there they told me again I must come after two weeks to give in the phone. I gave the phone in December of 2024 It is almost May 2025 and I have not received my phone back yet, eveytime when I go to enquire they tell me they do not know what is going on as it is a private company who does the repairs and they dont know when the repaired phones come they just see its there when its there. How do you conduct business like that? I am an entrepreneur and i lost clients due to them that cannot reach me. How the ****** hell can it take 5 months to replace a cracked screen
