TELKOM MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

It has been more than a month now that i have battling to get my telkom adsl line working at my home. about 3 times per week i phone them to sort it out but with no luck - each time i get a different answere as to what the problem is an a technician will contact me which of course does not happen then again i must sit on the phone for how long trying to get it sorted again. the 2nd last time i called i was told that it takes so long because telkom does not have enough technicians (why should we pay the months bill then) I was then told a technician would call me to assist and to my surprise she did from a 021 number whereby she promised to call me that afternoon at 14:45 as i was at work at the time and unable to talk - obviously she DID NOT call back. EMPTY PROMISES AGAIN!!! . Again i then called telkom and went through once again all the settings and again i am waiting for a technician to contact me. This is after i was told the lady that was supposed to call me marked the fault off as complete on their system but there is no name - what the hell can they not do there work. This is really pathetic service and i will never ever recommend telkom to anyone.
