Telkom, most useless company ever!!!!

This is on behalf of my mom, Monica Ogilvie. Her Telkom Broadband contract expired last year September, Telkom were notified that she would not be continuing with her contract and it was cancelled. However, typical Telkom, they continued to bill her and are now demanding R2271.15, saying the account is in arrears!!! She is an 80 year old pensioner with only a Sassa grant to live on. Telkom will not receive a cent from her for this, its disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.
