Telkom most useles company in the universe

Going on 3 weeks and no adsl, no response from Telkom or open serve nothing, I wish they would just fricken respond with yes we have got your call we are working on it, so a person knows what is going on but now you have to chase them, and every time I finally get hold of them after waiting 2 hours for somebody to answer all they can say it is waiting for a tech to be assigned. Yet when you drive down the road every 2nd car is an open serve bakkie. If I had another option to go with I would but unfortunately I am stuck using the most useless company in the world
