Telkom most USELES!!!

I have never had any issues, but lately, I am of the opinion that you and your staff are the most incompatant service delivery in the country! You have mistakingly suspended my account. Been trying to sort out this week telephonically, to no avail. Went in to a telkom shop (Wonderpark)to sort, and what do they do? PUT ME THROUGH TO VIA TELEPHONE!!! None of my queries were escelated??? Pathetic!
