Telkom most unprofessional

I posted a review some time ago complaining about ********* conduct on their part (see previous review about Telkom ******** clients) and a Telkom rep contacted me. He asked for all my details so that he could look into the matter. Well I haven't heard from him since! And Telkom are still billing me when I sent in a cancellation of services request on the 15th May....that is more than a month's notice. What is wrong with Telkom....not enough competition!
