Telkom Most Pathetic Service Provider

Telkom’s service is absolutely pathetic. I’ve been wrongly charged R973.00 for "Smart BroadBand Wireless Fibre" , even though I only have an ADSL line. I’ve reached out numerous times, providing all the necessary details, and I’ve received NO response. Not even an acknowledgment!

It’s unbelievable that a company as big as Telkom can ignore a customer’s complaint like this. The level of incompetence is staggering. I’ve been a customer for years, and this is how they treat loyal clients?

If this isn’t resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate my complaint to every possible consumer complaints platform, including social media and regulatory bodies. Telkom, get your act together and fix this NOW!
