Telkom most pathetic service ever

I have been wrongly billed and I have called telkom in numerous occasions since November 2022 with no success instead now I’m receiving emails from nudebt being advised that I have been handed over. No help at all from telkom I have been emailing and calling with no success and I’m so frustrated as this will affect my credit report as a non payer
