TELKOM - MOST PATHETIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!

Most disgusting and dissapointing service ever from Telkom regarding my fibre installation. Vumatel installed 8 days ago, we registered with Telkom the VT number and now we are struggling to get our fibre connected. The call Centre thinks it is a joke, and laughs at us, and says that someone will call us.... which never happens. I do not recommend ANYONE to go with Telkom. Their service is beyond pathetic. They send you from pillar to post and no one has an idea of what is going on in their industry. BEYOND PATHETIC I have asked to speak to a manager, and they say the manager will call me back....... which never happens. I am now at wits end. Can you please help me. They are billing me, but i am getting no servie
