Telkom most pathetic service

Business telephone line off for nearly a month now, after the 6th inquiry I was informed that I need a wireless line installed. after the 3rd inquiry about the new line today I was informed that nothing was ordered and on the system yet, they will place an order now, and it will take 4 to 6 weeks to be installed. Thank you Telkom for the pathetic service and losing me money. More than 2 months to fix your product that I Have to pay for.
